Hahaha... 7th Lunar month. Yeps. Are you getting a chill down your spine already? Just like any other years, the wayang is held downstairs again with the lunar month bidding banquet. Nosiy... >.<
Well, today I attended staff meeting for the first time, which ended at around 6pm. oO What's jiat lat would be the air con.. too cold for me. Omg! The meeting was alright, I guess.
Wow~ To all you people out there who claim that teachers have a high pay and have a lot of holidays, you all are soooooo wrong. Teachers need to invilgilate during the so-called holidays and they may be required to attend meetings too. If you think we knock off early everyday, you are only seeing things superficially. Teachers may have to bring their work home and finish it over the weekend even though they get to leave earlier than the usual 5-6pm knocking-off time. =) Please show some respect and do not think it is an easy job.
Been checking practical books and files. Now, unfond memories came back to me.. I remember how I used to rush my science files and do my corrections while I was still in RV. Mrs Lee! >.< Even the naughtiest peeps in my class were afraid of her. Can vaguely remember Ben (our physics rep) rushing us for the practical books coz Mrs Lee set deadlines for us to hand in our work. Speaking of Mrs Lee, I saw her during my convocation. I think she got a Masters in Education. It's so cool to be able to see your ex-teacher graduate with you on the same day. A pity I didn't take photo with her. Hmm.. In case you didn't know, I dropped my Physics because I hated it. Now am regretting it somehow because physics played an important role during university. Now it's coming back to haunt me in lower secondary sciences. Luckily I still have the knowledge on physics! Heng ah!
Arrr... my secondary school days memories... Still remember Ms Cheong.. Chemistry teacher. Heh. Who else ar? Mr Ang.. that temp EL teacher. Eh... Ms Gina Chin, who taught us geography during sec 1 sec 2. Hmm.. Ms Faith Au yong, now should be Mrs liao. Oh yes.. not forgetting Ms Tay.. that Maths teacher.. I love her to bits! She makes it so nice to study maths. Hoho... The rest leh.. Ma lao shi~ Aiyo.. so many teachers.. hard to remember all.. I bet they can't remember me too. =P
JC teachers... Mr Chua ( the one with a mole on the chin).. he can be so funny sometimes. =) Felt a bit sad coz I didn't do well for A lvl Chem. Sobz... Ms Lang!!!!! Still keep in contact with her. Heard that she would be going to HQ very soon. Hmmm.. Ms Pat. Lim who's going to give birth to a second child. IIRC, she's the HOD now. Hmm... Not sure where Mdm Seow is now.. Hear Mr Yeo is now a VP! Woah!
Ok, should stop typing. It's raining and I have yet to take a bath.
