To those who are not aware of the pet licensing fees change, please refer to the AVA website. For those who do, please do not resort to abandoning your pets just because you have to pay. I was reading an article on STOMP and I was appalled that a puppy was locked in a carrier for days amidst the bushes and left to die. The poor pup had to resort to eating its fur and maggots were found to infest his wounds.
Irresponsible owners.. beware of karma!
