I'm really proud of myself today because I finally got my lazy butt off the swivel chair to jog (mild jogging) with my sister and I cooked soup and it really tasted alright... Good for a beginner, I feel..
Here's what I've put into the soup:
Materials and Methods... Bwahahaha...
1)Carrots (1/sliced)
2) Small Potatoes (3/cubed)
3) Scallops (12) :P
4) Tofu ( 1 pack/ cubed)
I forgot how much water I've added. Hmm...
But, here's the rest of it.. Ahem.
Throw scallops into the pot of water.... Leave to boil so as to bring out the seafood flavour.
Throw in the potatoes and carrots.... Simmer...
Add the tofu in... simmer...
Add salt and sugar to taste... :D
Simple right? Lol... Next time I should add ikan bilis instead of salt. And maybe I should add tomatoes in but it would make the soup sour.. Hmm...
Anyone interested in baking? Christmas is coming and baking would be fun!
