Dessert!

Feel so proud of myself again... hah.. This time it's the dessert soup: Barley with beancurdskin and ginkonuts.
1st time that I've tried this and I think it's not bad.
Mistake no. 1: I put in too much water and when it boiled, the pot couldn't hold it. =_="
Mistake no. 2: Not simmering it long enough though it tastes nice.
I've added brown sugar instead of rock sugar.
